Using Georgia O’Keeffe as inspiration, second grade students painted flowers from direct observation. Carolina painted all three flowers that were in front of her - a sunflower, a zinnia, and a black-eyed susan, skillfully filling the space of her art composition. Her personalized background and excellent color choices make this painting really sing.
